Deputy Stagg is his party's Whip but as a former Government Chief Whip I am well aware of the fact that once a Bill is ordered in the morning it is ordered to be taken now but that any vote on the reading of the Bill or opposition to the Bill itself, will be taken at the end of the Bill, which of course I would anticipate the Opposition would want. The order has already been taken for this Bill.
