Martin Mansergh (Tipperary South, Fianna Fail)

I am something of an expert on French history and far from the Minister having learned nothing or forgotten nothing, he has had to do things which none of his predecessors has had to do. He has had to be enormously innovative. Respect for him has grown steadily during the period since he was appointed.
