I propose to take Questions Nos. 1 to 3, inclusive, together.

The legislative priorities of the Government for the current Dáil session are set out in the legislation programme published on 16 September 2009 and the Government will publish its legislation programme as usual at the beginning of each session throughout the remainder of the 30th Dáil.

Apart from the Statute Law Revision Bill, which was passed by the Dáil on Thursday 19 November, my Department has no legislation planned for the current Dáil session.
