Is the Ceann Comhairle suggesting that the Minister will provide for the recommittal of those new amendments to a Committee Stage-style discussion? There are a number of other significant amendments but those two are probably the best known, namely, that dealing with the proposed windfall tax and that dealing with the proposed surcharge in regard to bank profits rather than the levy.
