I think that the Minister of State, Deputy Moloney, has been very active in this area and is obviously anxious and is in the process, in the context of budgets and Estimates, to see in what way he can advance the issue of mental health services generally. I will have confidence that the budgetary and Estimates process will find some way forward that will improve the present situation.
