I would like to ask two questions on the Order of Business. According to a report in today's Irish Independent, the outgoing chairman of FÁS, Mr. Peter McLoone, has contradicted the Tánaiste's version of the events leading up to the decision of the board of FÁS to allow the former director general of that organisation to keep his car. According to the newspaper report, Mr. McLoone insists that "the board of the state training agency only allowed Mr. Molloy to keep his Audi A6 company car because it was negotiated in his severance agreement". The report also states that officials in the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment "were informed in advance that the issue of the car was to be dealt with by the FÁS board".
