Question 122: To ask the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs when Irish speakers here can expect to have an Irish language newspaper available to them again; and if, in view of the fact that the closing date for applications to Foras na Gaeilge has passed he will ensure that Foras na Gaeilge will deliver a speedy decision.
