I am allowed to ask questions on the Order of Business relating to promised legislation. This is promised legislation. The Minister for Transport, Deputy Dempsey, is sitting beside the Tánaiste and if she cannot indicate the position, then perhaps he can do so. Will the Minister confirm that the legislation is promised?
