The Minister has a nerve to come into this Chamber and to attempt to cost what he says are the purported proposals of the Labour Party when he has not provided us with costings in respect of his own proposals.

On the proposals, I expected that the Minister would at the very least have come into this Chamber with a business plan. Any small or medium sized business person heading into a bank on the high street in any village or town in Ireland would be required to outline to that bank his or her expectations in terms of cash flowing in and out of their business and to set out the reasons the bank should provide them with a loan.
