I refer to the point raised by Deputy Varadkar about the promised consumer and competition Bill. The fact that six credit card companies hiked their charges last night is another example of banks taking advantage of consumers and fleecing vulnerable people who are struggling to pay bills. Would this be an opportunity to look at that issue and to put some restrictions on these banks, particularly in light of the fact that two of these banks, Bank of Ireland and AIB, both-----
