In light of the continuing problems of youth alcoholism, when will the sale of alcohol Bill be introduced to try to control the problem? In recent weeks many Bills have been guillotined in the House but we still have not addressed the health information Bill. That Bill must be brought in to get true information about the situation in the health area.

I am pleased to see the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Deputy Smith, in the House. In light of the report yesterday on the collapse in farm income the situation must be dealt with and discussed in the House. Will the Taoiseach arrange a debate on agriculture as a matter of urgency as soon as the Dáil resumes?
