I appreciate and understand the requirement for discretion in regard to the two GOAL workers who have been abducted. The Labour Party supports the efforts the Government is making to secure their early release. I know Deputy Michael D. Higgins has been in contact with the Minister, Deputy Martin, in connection with this issue. It is obviously a very troubling time for their families and friends.

On a different matter, first, has the Government received the report of an bord snip nua and, second, has it made a decision on when it will publish the report?
