Enda Kenny (Mayo, Fine Gael)

We should not have a situation whereby they preach to the nation and state we should sit during the month of July and then state that we will guillotine everything. For that reason I object to this proposal. There are 40 amendments which cannot and will not be reached. This is not the way to legislate.
