I move amendment No. 8:

In page 22, between lines 42 and 43, to insert the following:

"(3) Draft guidelines to be issued under this section shall be brought by the Minister or Commissioner to the Select Oireachtas Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights for the purposes of consultation and debate.".
