Question 71: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if it is proposed to provide a new funding stream for the extra work on specific conditions such as sickle cell disease which has been undertaken by Crumlin Children's Hospital, Dublin; if the funding provided for the hospital will take account of the fact that the children who previously had their operations carried out abroad at extra expense to the State, are being treated in Crumlin; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
