Deputy Upton should allow me to finish. The funding coming into the State allowed the Government to increase spending in Crumlin by 39% in 2004. The Deputy should work through that logic. Deputy Stagg is blaming the builders, the bankers and the boom. The reality is that as a result of the boom spending has increased in the period 2004 to date by 39%. We are discussing here a reduction of 3%. We need to have some perspective on this.

First and foremost, we have to get away from the notion that it is somebody else's fault and that the financial difficulties we face are somebody else's fault and that the service delivery is being affected by it.
