In page 89, between lines 3 and 4, to insert the following:

"(2) The board of a corporation shall include at least one member who has had experience of or shown capacity in each of the following areas—

(a) matters pertaining to disability and ageing,

(b) broadcasting,

(c) digital media technologies.".
