I shall finish. We know that for those who have spoken out about their experience money is not the main issue, but I agree with their claims that the religious orders have got off lightly in terms of compensation.

I wish to spend the last part of my contribution to this debate in a moment of silence to remember those who are not here today to tell the tale of what happened to them, and the many children who were murdered in these institutions.

Deputies observed a minute's silence.
