Question 5: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the details of the seven recommendations made in the report published on 12 May 2009 on the Monageer inquiry which are blacked out in the report; and the reason submissions to the committee of inquiry by persons in respect of whom adverse findings were on page 10 of the report to be published with the report in redacted form and appended to the report have not been so published.
