Question 2: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the number of cases of children at risk who have not been allocated a social worker; if she will address the shortage of social workers to keep children safe; if she will implement the recommendation of the Monageer inquiry that a social work service should be available out of hours in order that there can be effective intervention in crisis situations; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
