Bill entitled an Act to amend the Health Insurance Act 1994, the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 and the Stamp Duties Consolidation Act 1999, in particular to ensure that, in the interests of societal and intergenerational solidarity, the burden of the costs of health services be shared by insured persons by providing for a cost subsidy between the young and the old; and to provide for related matters.
