I do not wish to go over the Monageer issue again, other than to say, in concert with other Members, that it is utterly preposterous that a report of that nature should be presented with blank pages at a time when there is deep concern all over the country about system failures. It is not sufficient to sweep it under the carpet and presume everything will proceed accordingly. Some things are more important than litigation.
