Has the Taoiseach turned his mind to the timing of the Lisbon treaty referendum? Does he have an idea whether it will be at the end of September, in October or possibly later? Will the Bill giving effect to the referendum include a clause requiring parties or organisations that intend to campaign in that referendum to produce evidence of where their funding comes from?
