The Taoiseach challenged me concerning which way I wished to go. We cannot go four ways at the same time and I realise that. We are spending €16 billion on this system and it is not working. During Leaders' Questions I asked the Taoiseach if he could stand over that as a way of delivering the kind of health service that people need.
