Special Educational Needs: Motion.
7:00 pm
Seymour Crawford (Cavan-Monaghan, Fine Gael)
The Government argues that these children must integrate with their peers. This is wonderful language and, while it may work for some children, it cannot work for all. I ask that the Government base its decisions on each child's specific needs, not on some average. Children are not averages. They are individuals. We need common sense.
