It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, that No. 12 shall be decided without debate; and the proceedings on the resumed Second Stage of No. 3 shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 3.30 p.m. today.

Private Members' business shall be No. 63, motion re social welfare Christmas bonus (resumed), to be taken after the Order of Business and to conclude after 90 minutes, if not previously concluded.
