I seek leave to move a motion for the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 on the following specific and important matter of public interest requiring urgent consideration, namely, in view of the likelihood of lengthy legal proceedings arising from the ongoing investigation by An Garda Síochána into the affairs of Anglo Irish Bank and an alleged golden circle, including the proposed developer of the so-called Carlton site in Dublin, will the Minister re-iterate his commitment to the preservation and security of the designated national monument at Nos. 14-17 Moore Street?
