I wish to raise a number of issues in terms of this budget and support the measures that have been debated here since Tuesday. I will start by commenting on "bags" gate about which the Fine Gael leader went on when I was not here. I wish to correct some of the issues recorded by the Fourth Estate regarding what went on. In terms of the reform of Government business, the Ministers of State were not sacked - we resigned.
