I support the measures not because I am in any way supportive of bankers and builders but because I and my colleagues have received the best possible advice from the National Treasury Management Agency, NTMA. It is also worth noting that internationally the idea is considered extremely innovative. Is the Labour Party questioning the competence and integrity of the NTMA?
