I ask Deputy Broughan to resume his seat and allow the Chair to speak. Th Deputy knows there are transport questions today and this matter is the subject of Priority Question No. 1. We cannot debate it now. It is a most serious issue that merits a structured debate which will be provided in Question Time and I ask the Deputy to allow this.
