With all the turbulence surrounding my fist question to the Tánaiste, I did not hear her reply as to when Committee Stage of the Defamation Bill 2006 will begin. Is it likely that the Government will have to introduce legislation in view of the report received from Mr. Peter Bacon regarding proposals to establish a bank to deal with toxic assets?
