Question 46: To ask the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if changes are being proposed in the way electricity and gas prices are to be regulated in the future; his views on whether at the present time there is too long a period between the reduction in cost prices on the world market and the actual decrease in prices, as was recently witnessed before the Regulator decreased the price for both electricity and gas; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
