Question 46: To ask the Minister for Defence if a draft has been received by his Department from the consultants appointed to review the medical services of the Defence Forces; the date on which such a report was received; the reason such a report was not accepted as the final report; the instructions given to the consultants by his Department regarding the amendments or additions to be made to the draft report; when a final report is expected to be submitted by the consultants; the date by which the contract awarded to the consultants required them to submit a final report; if the contract included penalty clauses for late submission of the report; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
