In light of the fact that a group of young people were drinking all night in a park outside Monaghan last week, and one of the company, unfortunately, lost his life, when will the sale of alcohol Bill be introduced to ensure this type of situation can be minimised? When will the eligibility for health and personal social services Bill be introduced to guarantee services to the people who deserve them and not only to the HSE?
