Does the Taoiseach propose, in the context of reform and redress of the whole process of appointments to State boards, to take into account the facts in regard to a number of these bodies and the fact that former directors of Anglo Irish Bank are currently serving on the boards of public bodies despite all the questions that remain unanswered in regard to the extent of the knowledge of people at the helm of Anglo Irish Bank down through the years of its highly irregular and illegal activities?
