——the very people we all want to see brought to book could walk free. Right-minded people on all sides of the House do not want to see this happen. We have to see fair play. The bank officials also need fair play. When they cross the line they should be subject to the full rigours of the law. The punishment must be proportionate to the crime and in my view the crime is treason.
