She will recall that when I asked her about this previously, she informed me that the legislation would have to be enacted before the recapitalisation of the banks. What is the status of the Government's announcement last night? Does it follow from what she said that the National Pensions Reserve Fund (Amendment) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill must be enacted by the House before the capitalisation can take effect?
