A report has been published by the OECD on what Ireland needs to do in terms of establishing training schemes for people who are unemployed. Could the Tánaiste organise a debate around that report because in her role as Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, it is important that we hear what she is planning to do for the unemployed. I am of the same generation as the Tánaiste, and when I was unemployed in the early 1990s, I was able to avail of social employment schemes that were set up by Deputy Ruairí Quinn when he occupied the office now held by the Tánaiste. There is nothing like that in evidence for people now.
