Frank Fahey (Galway West, Fianna Fail)

The populist babble and the shock horror tactics we have heard from Deputy Gilmore in recent times was good in the 1970s when he was president of the students' union in UCG but is not good enough now. Therefore I respectfully suggest that the two proposals I have made should be taken on board by the Taoiseach and the Minister for Finance as a way forward out of our present difficulties.
