Question 2: To ask the Taoiseach if his attention has been drawn to the concerns expressed by the Director of Public Prosecutions that the imposition of cutbacks on his office may limit its capacity to prosecute cases, particularly in the District Court; the steps he is taking to ensure that the DPP has sufficient staff and resources to discharge his duties; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
