Question 36: To ask the Minister for Finance if he has clarified the way in which the public interest directors being appointed to the boards of institutions covered by the bank guarantee scheme can exercise their public interest mandates in the context of company law requiring directors to act in the interests of shareholders; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
