Question 66: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the communications and discussions she has had to date with the Office of the Revenue Commissioners and with the Department of Finance on behalf of small and medium enterprise specifically in relation to attachment orders issued by the Revenue Commissioners; her views on whether SMEs would benefit from restructuring in the way that these attachment orders are administered; the proposals she will bring to the Department of Finance on behalf of SMEs that will see changes to the manner in which such attachment orders are executed; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
