I move:

That notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the following arrangements shall apply in relation to today's sitting:

(1) Oral Questions shall not be taken today;

(2) Leaders' Questions shall be taken now; and

(3) The Order of Business shall be taken at the conclusion of Leaders' Questions.
