Agriculture: Motion (Resumed)
8:00 pm
Tom Hayes (Tipperary South, Fine Gael)
Had he only travelled to Ennis, a few miles from where he lives in Mountshannon, he would have heard thousands of them saying how badly off are rural Ireland and rural people. One reason the Minister is so out of touch is that his backbenchers are telling him that all is well. This is what is wrong and this is what must be changed.
