Question 127: To ask the Minister for Foreign Affairs his views on whether a monitoring group should be established to review compliance with the human rights clauses in the existing co-operation agreement between the EU and Israel and that such a group should report before the end of the current French Presidency of the EU and make recommendations on the basis of its findings.
