One of the things that struck me during that visit was a young teacher who became quite emotional as we stood in his classroom in the prefab building. He tried to explain to me what it is like to be in that room on a cold, wet Monday morning in winter. He had to try to make the children comfortable and get them warm before thinking about teaching them. He told me what it was like to be in that stuffy room on a summer's day with the sun belting in the windows. The Minister has put three or four additional pupils into that teacher's classroom.
