Question 22: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the steps he is taking to address the issue identified by the director of the Environmental Protection Agency, namely, that Ireland's environment is an asset under threat and that Ireland is not progressing at a sufficient rate in relation to environmental quality; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
