I seek to move the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the threat to students and their parents posed by the Government's decision to make substantial increases in registration charges for third level courses, which will create a barrier to access, and is nothing less than the introduction of fees by stealth.
