I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss the following matter of urgent national importance, namely, the imminent savage cutbacks in health services in the north-east region adding to the chaos already created by the stripping away of services by successive Fianna Fáil-led Governments and the need for a proper health service capable of meeting the needs of those requiring health care.
