I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss a matter of extreme importance, namely, the recent reports of cancer misdiagnosis at Ennis General Hospital and the need for the Minister for Health and Children to immediately order the Health Information and Quality Authority to undertake a full independent investigation in this regard in the interests of the bereaved families and of restoring public confidence to the hospital in Ennis.
